Hi,
I would like to seek advise, what can I do:
1.If a police report is made against another person who made a false report against me and police refuse to act?
2. If Police report lodge however the report is no longer in the police system?
3. If Police investigator is asking the case to be drop, what action can I take?
4. If I were to drop the charges to be brought up by the prosecutor, meaning to say the case never happen?
Thank you all.

1. You have the rights to ask why they refuse to Act. If they insist, you may lodge complaint against the police officer, however we alway advise to seek for legal advise before lodging complaint against the police.
2. This is impossible, when you lodge police report at the counter, they must have submitted the report in the police force system. impossible it can be removed
3. Ask why he want to drop case. They can't just drop without any valid reason.
4. If case dropped, means the case had ended investigation and no charge against the perpetuator.

After police report is made, police will refer to investigation officer to see if there is any case.

If the police fail to react/respond within a certain period of time, you can refer this to the Attorney General Chambers.
